Delete your Wallup account

In the app — immediately

Open Wallup and tap Profile (the last tab).
Open Settings.
Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted at once.

Without the app — by email

Write to wallup.aipine.studio@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Wallup account, from the email address of the Google account you sign in to Wallup with — that is how we know the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your Google sign-in link, name, email address and profile photo, and your public handle.
Every photo you uploaded and every artwork you published, with its location.
Your Ups, rankings, photo allowance and subscription record in Wallup.
The people you blocked, and the link between you and any reports you sent.

What is kept

Other people’s artworks. If someone else painted one of your phrases, their artwork stays, and the phrase stays as their tag without your name.
Purchase records from Google Play or the App Store, for as long as accounting and tax law require.
Backups and server logs for at most 30 days, after which the data is gone from them too.
If the account was banned for breaking the rules, its Google account ID, so it cannot sign up again.

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Google Play or the App Store bills you, not us — cancel the subscription in the store first.
